The Agenda meeting will be held the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m in Council Chambers of the Latrobe Municipal Building.
Agenda:
1. Discussion about amending the permit parking ordinance for permits reserved at residential parcels for business purposes. We received a request from SecondHalf Coach for their need for more parking spaces near their business. They want to utilize two permit parking spaces on the curb on Avenue C opposite their offices and the Senior Center at a residence owned by a business partner.
2. Discussion on a Resolution which outlines the policies and procedures for the operations of the Police Fundraising Account.
3. Discussion on the Matt Williams proposal for blighted properties.
4. Discussion on the proposed fence ordinance to our Code.
5. Discussion about the change to the Building Codes and the required code updates.
6. Discussion on LERTA changes.
7. Discussion on an MOU with the Teamsters on Changes to Clerical Duties.
8. Discussion on 2025 Audit Proposal.
9. Discussion on Commercial Recycling changes and fees.
10. Discussion on handicapped sign fee.
