The Agenda meeting will be held the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m in Council Chambers of the Latrobe Municipal Building.

Agenda:
1. Discussion on Commercial Recycling Program changes and fees. The ordinance will be up for adoption at the next public meeting.

2. Discussion on traffic lane and parking meter changes on Main Street in the downtown.

3. Discussion on amendments to the City Code for Chapter 256 titled Vehicles and Traffic for cleanup of sections for metered parking, permit parking, traffic signals, stop intersections, parking prohibited locations, downtown parking system and handicapped parking.

4. Discussion on hiring an intern through the Local Government Academy to work with code enforcement personnel on blight initiatives and other code matters.

5. Discussion on placement of a handicapped parking space sign for 215 Avenue E.

6. Discussion on introduction of the fence ordinance.

7. Discussion on a possible community spring cleanup.

8. Discussion on adding a third-party professional to assist with code compliance inspections and related services on an as needed basis.

9. Discussion on a potential contracted service agreement for an additional police officer.

10. Discussion on purchasing 8 additional roll-off boxes to expand our transfer station business. The cost of the boxes is approximately $5,000 per box.

11. Discussion on extension of the Westmoreland County Housing Authority agreement for Police Services for the Latrobe Manor for an additional year.

12. Discussion on designating a legislative liaison for the City of Latrobe and the Pennsylvania Municipal League to be involved in the legislative process and act when called upon to support lobbying efforts for legislation that benefits our municipality.

13. Discussion on hiring an Assistant Manager/ Assistant Finance Director.

14. Discussion on entering a lease program to purchase police vehicles on rotation with purchasing two vehicles with the first payment to occur in 2027.

15. Discussion on agreement with an employee to pay for healthcare deductions not previously paid
