Hallam Borough, Hellam Township, and Wrightsville Borough are inviting residents to attend a public open house on Wednesday, November 13 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hellam Fire Company – 163 East Market St, Hallam, PA, 17406. This event will give attendees an opportunity to provide feedback for the new Hallam, Hellam, and Wrightsville Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan – a guide for how all three municipalities will work together to manage short-term and long-term land use changes, infrastructure improvements, land preservation, and multi-modal transportation priorities.
Attendees will have the opportunity to view the results of the public survey conducted from June to September, see the draft vision and mission statements of the new plan, as well as share their opinions, interests, and concerns about what major issues the final recommendations should focus on.
“Public input received will help to inform the final plan recommendations and advance future investments and collaboration on trails, parks, roads, and economic development,” said Eric White, Wrightsville Borough Council Member.
