The City of Latrobe's Trick or Treat will be held on Saturday, October 26th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please drive carefully. There will be ghosts, ghouls and goblins running excitedly through the city!
The Underground Christian Church will also host Trunk or Treat on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the parking lot behind the church at 1111 Ligonier Street in Latrobe.
