They're back!!! We are lucky enough to have the honor to host The Famous Budweiser Clydesdale Parade, AGAIN!!
Brewery Products, an exclusive Anheuser-Busch distributor, is sponsoring the famous Clydesdale Horses. Dallastown Borough was chosen/ asked to host the parade, again this year. No Dallastown Borough tax money is being used to bring the Clydesdales to town.
Date: Friday, June 28th
Time: 4:30pm: The Clydesdales will arrive and getting dressed and ready for the parade. This is an opportunity for the public to watch and take pictures.
This takes place at the intersection of South Pleasant Avenue and Blymire Road. From there, the Clydesdales will walk down S Pleasant Ave towards Main Street in Dallastown. The remainder of the parade will be lined up on New School Lane and will follow the Clydesdales.
AT 4:30PM, BLYMIRE RD, between New School Ln and S Pleasant Ave WILL BE CLOSED OFF to avoid a clutter of vehicles and pedestrians viewing the Clydesdales. WE ASK THAT YOU PARK IN THE HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOT! THANK YOU!
5:30-5:45pm: Parade route will be shut down! No traffic will be permitted inside the parade route until the parade is complete and barricades have been removed!! Please move all cars off the parade route to give the parade participants plenty of room to walk/drive. However, this is not mandatory.
6pm: PARADE BEGINS!
Parade Route: Begins at intersection of New School Ln and S Pleasant Ave, moves north on Pleasant Ave to E Main St, west on Main St to Walnut St, south on S Walnut St back to the High School Campus.
