Details
The Agenda meeting will be held the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m in Council Chambers of the Latrobe Municipal Building.

Agenda:
1. Designating representatives to the Westmoreland County Tax Collector Commission. The WCTCC requires a delegate, an alternate and second alternate to meet on issues associated with Countywide Earned Income Tax Collection.

2. Payment of the 2025 Ford Truck assigned to Scott Wajdic for $61,375.15 from the stormwater fund. This purchase was previously approved, and a loan sought for the purchase. We now want to pay for the truck from the stormwater fund as opposed to the Capital Improvement Fund.

3. Discussion of the Investment Policy Statement for the City of Latrobe Police Pension Plan via Commercial Bank and Trust.

4. Discussion of Application for Local Share Account Category 4 Facilities Program for demolition of 319 Main Street (the former Olympic Theater). The application would include demolition of this blighted property, site preparation and construction of a parking lot. This application would be made in partnership with the Latrobe Foundation.

5. Minimum Municipal Obligation for the Police Pension Plan for 2026.

6. Minimum Municipal Obligation for the Non-Uniformed Pension Plan for 2026.

7. Discussion to apply for Penn Dot Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) Grant Program for speed timing signs for public safety.

8. Discussion to apply to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for handicapped accessibility to City Hall.
