The Penn Hills Planning Department will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., March 21, 2024, prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Penn Hills Planning Commission to highlight the FY2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The draft of the Penn Hills CDBG Annual Action Plan will go on display beginning Thursday, March 14, 2024.
