* Ordinance approving the 2025 City Budget
* Appoint Janina Hall as the Council Secretary for 2025 per M O U with AFSME Local 629.
* Motion to approve Police Contract between City of Latrobe and the F O P
* Motion to approve purchase of 3 RhinoTab T C units for police dept. patrol vehicles using grant funds of $15,684 from PCCD Federal Grant.
* Motion to approve Kenwood radios for police dept. in amount of $23,627.48 quote from Westcom Wireless using $20,131.01 in grant funds from DA.
* Motion to approve HVAC installation cost loan from StormWater account with yearly installments per 2025 budget.
