A parade to observe Memorial Day will begin at 10 a.m. at the corner of St Clair Street and Ligonier Street and continue to Weldon Street to The Memorial Plaza on Memorial Drive on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29th. A Memorial Day service will begin immediately following the parade at the Memorial Plaza.
