* Motion to direct Solicitor to prep ordinance to advertise by the City to vacate alley adjacent to Adeiphoi/Pakos parcels
* Motion to direct Solicitor to prep resolution to accept alley to be dedicated to the City by Adelphoi that includes a covenant to maintain said alley in perpetuity with spec's.
