NOTICE
The Zoning Hearing Board of Wrightstown Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Wrightstown Township Building, 2203 Second Street Pike, Wrightstown, PA, 18940, to consider the application of Rienzi Vineyard & Winery Consulting, LLC, regarding Tax Parcel Nos. 53-012-030 and 53-012-030-003 which are located at 580 and 550 Swamp Road. Applicant seeks to use the 25.61 acre property to support the growing and cultivation of grapes, production, retail and wholesale sales, and storage of wine, with tasting rooms and a special events venue. The proposed use is subject to a prior Zoning Hearing Board Decision issued January 16, 2023. Applicant requests modification of certain conditions within that determination, specifically: (1) amend the Decision to permit additional planting on or before April 30, 2026 as opposed to January 1, 2026; (2) allow the driveway and curb cut located at 550 Swamp Road to remain and serve only one dwelling unit; and, (3) allow for the pool, patio and dwelling to remain due to certain revisions to the land development plan and to permit any modifications to the prior Zoning Decision to the contrary. Materials regarding this application may be examined at the Wrightstown Township Building during normal business hours and on the date, time and place of the hearing.
