PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Paradise
Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Paradise Township Municipal
Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Monroe County, Pennsylvania
18326 on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. for consideration of the
application of Epiphany Properties, LLC for a dimensional variance from § 160
13-A, and §160-37 of the Township’s Zoning Ordinance to permit the existing
porch to remain on the property located at 300 Grouse Run, Paradise Township,
Property Identification Number 11637602757392. The property is located in the
B-1 zoning district of the Township and is owned by the applicant, Epiphany
Properties, LLC.
Copies of the application may be examined without charge or obtained for
a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Paradise
Township Municipal Building, Cresco, Pennsylvania, during regular business
