Prior to the regular Agenda Workshop meeting, there will be a public hearing on the ordinance to followed by a special voting meeting.
Public Hearing is for the two new ordinances to be voted on
Special Voting Meeting Agenda:
1. Motion to approve Ordinance No 2026-3 which amends Chapter 51-65, Article VI of the City of Latrobe Code regarding blighted property tax abatement for the Local Economic Tax Revitalization Assistance (LERTA) program. The LERTA will include tax abatement to fight blight through financial incentives for remediation and elimination of blight.
2. Motion to approve Ordinance __________of 2026 amending Chapter 256-16 of the City Code adding section (F) designating commercial parking spaces in residential zones for Permit Parking. This ordinance amends the permit parking ordinance for permits reserved at residential parcels for business purposes.
3. Motion to approve a subdivision at 2416/2418 Ligonier Street for Sara Connelly. This subdivision was approved by the Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board.
