Public notice is hereby given that the Spring Garden Township Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing pursuant to ยง302 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code to review and take public comment on a proposed Spring Garden-York Township Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan at the Township Municipal Building, 340 Tri Hill Road, York, PA at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1 , 2025. Immediately following, the Board of Commissioners will host a public business meeting to discuss and decide the direction of the public hearing comments.
A second public hearing will occur Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 6:30 pm at the same location to review any proposed substantial comprehensive plan revisions, if any. The Spring Garden Board of Commissioners will consider adoption of the Comprehensive Plan after conclusion of the public hearings but no later than sixty (60) days from this notice.
