The Delaware County Health Department is offering a Cooking for Wellness class on Wednesday, November 4th from noon-to 2 p.m. at Keystone Wellness First, 1929 West 9th Street, Chester, PA 19013. This is a great opportunity for residents who are prediabetic, diabetic, or interested in learning more about healthy cooking. Health Information, giveaways, and valuable resources will be shared at this event!
