Hutchins is undertaking a comprehensive study of its parks, open space, and programs to prepare a new Parks, Recreation, and Special Events Master Plan. We will be reviewing our current parks, facilities, and services and planning for future improvements. We need to hear from you!
The enclosed survey is a key part of this process. All households in Hutchins will receive this survey, and we want to hear from everyone. It will only take about 10 minutes to complete, and your responses will remain confidential.
We need to hear from you so we can identify community needs. Please complete and return your survey within the next two weeks.
We have selected ETC Institute, an independent consulting company, to compile the confidential data received. Once received, the results will be presented to the Master Plan Steering Committee. Return your completed survey in the enclosed postage-paid envelope addressed to ETC Institute, 725 W. Frontier Circle, Olathe, KS 66061.
