Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued September 3 at 4:09PM EDT until September 3 at 4:30PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
At 409 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Atlantic, or 12
miles southwest of Meadville, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Adamsville, Atlantic, Cochranton, Conneaut Lake, Jamestown, Geneva,
Hartstown, and Conneaut Lakeshore.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
