Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued September 2 at 8:27AM EDT until September 2 at 8:45AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
At 827 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Meadville,
moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Meadville, Cochranton, Saegertown, Conneaut Lake, Geneva, and
Conneaut Lakeshore.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
