The tax office will be closed on Wednesday September 2nd, 2026. Please utilize the drop box at this time.
September is the last month to pay your real estate tax and per capita tax at the discount rate. Please note that payments must be received or postmarked by September 30th to receive the discount rate. Payments received after this date or postmarked after September 30th are due at the face value.
Please note: If you are mailing your tax payments towards the end of the month, it is recommended that you take your payment to the post office and ask for it to be hand cancelled. Due to the way mail is processed, your mail may not be postmarked until several days later. By law, we are required to use the postmarked date for processing. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure your payments are postmarked correctly to avoid additional costs.
