* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous,
especially in valley locations.
If driving, slow down, use your low-beam headlights, and leave plenty
of distance ahead of you.
