Flood Watch issued August 20 at 12:55PM EDT until August 21 at 2:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey, including the following
counties, Sussex and Warren and Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe and Northampton.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Excessive runoff
may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other
low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and a thundertorms are expected through this evening.
Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are possible in
stronger storms. Total rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
expected with some areas experiencing 3 to 5 inches of
rainfall which could cause flash flooding.
