* At 305 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
8 miles south of Oakwood to near Weirton, or along a line from 8
miles northeast of East Palestine to near Weirton, moving east at
45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.
