IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA
BRADFORD LACKAWANNA LUZERNE
SUSQUEHANNA WAYNE WYOMING
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BINGHAMTON, CORNING, ELMIRA,
HALLSTEAD, HAWLEY, HAZLETON, HONESDALE, HORNELL, ITHACA,
MONTROSE, OWEGO, SAYRE, SCRANTON, TOWANDA, TUNKHANNOCK,
