Description
In preparation for The Stroll on Friday evening, August 7, parking meters will be bagged beginning at 1:00 PM in the following areas:
Around the Diamond
The first blocks of North Market Street, South Market Street, and East Main Street
West Main Street from the Diamond to Somerset Trust
The first row of Municipal Parking Lot A along North Market Street
Please plan accordingly and remove vehicles from these metered spaces before 1:00 PM to help ensure a smooth event setup.
A detour around the Diamond will go into effect at 3:00 PM. The detour route will use East Loyalhanna, St. Clair, East Church, North Market, West Vincent, and North Walnut Streets.
In addition, all entrances to Main Street between St. Clair Street and Grant Street will be blocked beginning at 3:00 PM. Please plan ahead and use the designated detour route to avoid delays.
