Flood Watch issued August 3 at 7:30AM EDT until August 3 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Tallahassee FL
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the
following areas, in Big Bend Florida, Coastal Dixie, Coastal
Franklin, Coastal Jefferson, Coastal Taylor, Coastal Wakulla,
Inland Dixie, Inland Franklin, Inland Jefferson, Inland Taylor,
Inland Wakulla, Lafayette, Leon, Madison and Southern Liberty. In
Panhandle Florida, Coastal Gulf and Inland Gulf.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Flash flooding is still a threat through today, especially in
places that have had heavier rain in recent days and where
training thunderstorms repeatedly train over those same
places and bring localized totals of 2 to 4 additional
inches.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
