Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 28 at 5:20PM EDT until July 28 at 5:45PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 520 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Safe Harbor to Delta to Jarrettsville, moving east at
35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Millersville, Willow Street, Hallam, Quarryville, Wrightsville,
Windsor, Delta, Wakefield, Yorkana, Brogue, Smithville, and Holtwood.
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
