Below is the updated schedule (07/17/2026) weather dependent:
Haines Paving & Landscaping Inc. is the contractor responsible for the road repair contract and then AMS will be the contractor responsible for the oil and chip and slurry seal.
Monday, July 20th-22nd Thompson Mill Road- work will take place near where the culvert was replaced last year.
Thursday, July 23rd- the following week of July 27th- Mud Road Crossover Pipe- It will take up to 4 days, and the road will be closed from 7AM-7PM during work (local access will be maintained). Mud Road will be close from Penns Park Road up to 560 Mud Road. Anyone who needs to access 560 Mud Road or beyond that point should access Mud Road from Worthington Mill Road.
Monday, August 3rd (maybe earlier if the Mud Road Project is completed early)- Hallowell, Wooley and Crescent Drive Mill and Paving is tentatively scheduled but depends on the completion of the projects above. No parking will be allowed on the roadway during this time- homeowners will be notified once the date is set.
Monday, July 27th (weather dependent) Oil and Chip will take place on the following roadways:
Thompson Mill Road- Oil and Chip
Mud Road- Oil and Chip
Fox Hill Drive- Oil and Chip/Slurry Seal
Martindell Drive- Oil and Chip/Slurry Seal
Please note all road work is weather dependent and that could change the schedule.
