City of Bayou Vista – 2026-2027 Proposed Budget Meeting Schedule
Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in the City's budget process. The following meetings have been scheduled for the development and adoption of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget:

Regular City Council Meeting
Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget Amendment

Tuesday, August 4, 2026 – 6:30 PM
Special Called Meeting
First Budget Workshop for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget
Location: Community Center
Tuesday, August 11, 2026 – 6:30 PM
Special Called Meeting
Second Budget Workshop
Location: Community Center
Tuesday, August 25, 2026 – 6:30 PM
Regular City Council Meeting
Public Hearing and Budget Approval

Special Called Meeting
Tax Rate Public Hearing and Tax Rate Adoption

Your participation is important. We encourage all residents to attend, learn about the City's budget, ask questions, and provide input as we plan for the upcoming fiscal year.
Meetings may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
