Shape the Identity of Our City!
We are looking for a brand-new official mascot and slogan that captures the heart of our city - and we
want YOU to design it! Whether you are a professional graphic designer, an aspiring student artist, or
just someone who loves this city, your idea could become a permanent part of our history!
THE CHALLENGE
1. The Mascot: An original character, animal, or symbol
2. The Slogan: A catchy, inspiring phrase (10 words or less)
Both must work together perfectly!
KEY DATES & TIMELINE
Contest Launches: August 1st, 2026
Submission Deadline: August 28th, 2026 (by 5:00 PM)
Community Voting (Top 5): September 3rd - 8th, 2026
Winner Announced: City Council Meeting, September 21st, 2026
PRIZES & RECOGNITION
Adult Grand Prize: $500 Gift Card + Official City Proclamation
Youth Grand Prize: $250 Scholarship/Gift Card + Mayor's Youth Award
Finalists receive local business gift cards!
WHO CAN ENTER?
Open to all current residents, students, and business owners.
Two Categories: Youth (Under 18) and Adult (18+)
