Ligonier Street from Minehan Street to Main Street will be closed at 1 p.m. today through the end of the 4th of July parade tomorrow for the 4th of July Celebration festivities. Tomorrow, the parade route will close to all vehicle traffic at 9 a.m. Please drive carefully when traveling through the City of Latrobe.
