You must be 18 or older to purchase, possess, or use consumer fireworks.
🏠 Property Permission Required
Fireworks cannot be ignited on public or private property without the property owner’s permission.
🎯 Direction & Safety
Fireworks cannot be discharged toward a person, vehicle, or building.
🍺 No Use While Impaired
Fireworks cannot be used while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or other drugs.
📏 Distance Requirement
Fireworks cannot be discharged within 150 feet of an occupied structure.
