Description
The Borough of Lincoln would like to make residents aware of an upcoming roadway maintenance project being completed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).

• Liberty Way / Bellbridge Road
🛠️ Planned Work Includes:
• Sealcoat repair (tar/chip roadway treatment)
• Line painting and roadway markings
đź“… Project Timeline:
Work is expected to begin in mid-to-late May and continue throughout the summer as weather, scheduling, and resources permit.
🚦 Traffic Impacts:
• Traffic will be maintained during operations
• Temporary on-street parking restrictions may be necessary in certain areas
• Some overnight work may occur on higher volume roadways
• Advance signage will be posted before work begins
PennDOT’s sealcoat program is an important roadway maintenance process that helps preserve and extend the life of the roadway surface.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation during this maintenance project as these improvements are completed.
