Description
American Water, parent company of Pennsylvania American Water, and Essential Utilities, parent company of Aqua, is seeking merger approval from the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission, PA PUC. The PA PUC will be holding public hearings to provide the public an opportunity to provide feedback regarding the proposed merger.
