Description
The final day to pay spring real estate taxes at the discount is April 30th, 2026. Payments must be postmarked by this date to receive the discount rate.
If you are mailing your tax bills, please make sure to take your payment to the post office to have it hand cancelled with the mailing date. Due to the elimination of regional mail processing centers, mail placed in a mailbox is not guaranteed to be stamped until it reaches a central processing center (which is often days after it is actually mailed). By law, the date stamped on the envelope is what is used to calculate the tax rate. Any payments made for the discount rate after April 30th will be returned.
There is a drop box available at the tax office that can be utilized at any time. Please do not deposit cash.

Tax office hours are Tuesdays from 3pm-6pm and Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm. Additionally, the tax office will be open on Monday, April 27th from 9am-noon for payments. Tax office hours are during the months of March and April only. All other hours are by appointment.
