Special Weather Statement issued March 17 at 7:34PM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
Scattered snow showers will continue through the early evening
hours. Localized heavier bands of snow may result in reduced
visibilities as low as 1 mile. Be alert of sudden changing
conditions if traveling and if visibilities are reduced, slow
down and turn on your headlights.
