Winter Storm Warning issued March 16 at 1:46PM EDT until March 18 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Widespread snow this evening
transitioning to lake effect snow late tonight through Tuesday
night. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Southern Erie County.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous starting this evening. Lake
effect snow bands may significantly reduce visibility and produce
quick accumulations of snow on roadways. Travel could be very
difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
evening and Tuesday morning commutes.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all travel
