Wind Advisory issued March 16 at 2:56AM EDT until March 17 at 12:00AM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph
expected. Winds will shift to westerly this evening.
* WHERE...Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties.
* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
