Special Marine Warning issued March 12 at 10:17AM EDT until March 12 at 11:45AM EDT by NWS Tallahassee FL

SMWTAE

The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
Coastal waters from Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM...
Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 1145 AM EDT.

* At 1017 AM EDT, showers were located along a line extending from 24
nm east of Buckeye Reef to 29 nm southeast of S Tower to 46 nm
south of C Tower, moving southeast at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
Horseshoe Beach.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
