Special Weather Statement issued March 10 at 4:53PM CDT by NWS San Angelo TX
At 452 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Truby, or near Noodle, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
This strong thunderstorm will be near...
Anson around 500 PM CDT.
Stamford around 515 PM CDT.
Paint Creek around 530 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by this storm include Hodges, Funston,
Tuxedo, Big Country Baptist Assembly, Truby, Stith, and The
Intersection Of Us-180 And Farm Road 600.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for west central
Texas.
