Special Weather Statement issued March 4 at 7:41AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
Locally dense fog will result in visibility below one mile at some
locations. Allow extra time to reach your destination and reduce
your speed when driving through fog. Also, patchy black ice will
result in slippery surfaces this morning, especially on untreated
roads and sidewalks.
