Winter Storm Warning issued February 22 at 5:02PM EST until February 23 at 1:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Much of the accumulation will occur tonight,
with snow tapering off Monday morning. Locally higher snowfall
totals are possible in the ridgetops.
