Sorry folks but here we go again:
Sunday-Snow, possibly mixed with rain, becoming all snow after 4pm. High near 38. East wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.
Sunday Night Snow. The snow could be heavy at times. Patchy blowing snow. Low around 28. Blustery, with a northeast wind 15 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 7 to 11 inches possible.
Monday-Snow, mainly before 1pm. Areas of blowing snow before 1pm. High near 36. Breezy, with a northwest wind 15 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.
SNOW TOTALS ARE PREDICTED FROM 4-18 INCHES AND HEAVY IN WEIGHT.
This has caused the Mayor to declare a snow emergency proclamation in effect from Sunday 6 pm to Monday 6 PM.
Please remove cars from Borough Streets Parking is available at the Borough Hall.
