Special Marine Warning issued February 15 at 2:54PM EST until February 15 at 4:15PM EST by NWS Tallahassee FL

For the following areas...
Apalachee Bay or Coastal Waters From Keaton Beach to Ochlockonee
River Fl out to 20 Nm...
Coastal waters from Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM...
Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 253 PM EST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 38 nm north of Suwannee
River to 24 nm south of Buckeye Reef to 48 nm south of S Tower,
moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage
vessels...and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all
on board are in a secure location and wearing life jackets.
Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure
all on board are wearing life jackets.

Locations impacted include...
Buckeye Reef, Horseshoe Beach, and V Tower.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EST for Big Bend
Florida...and the adjacent coastal waters.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
