Extreme Cold Warning issued February 8 at 12:03PM EST until February 9 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 19 degrees below
zero.
* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
30 minutes.
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.
If you do not have heat in your home or lack shelter, you can call
211 for assistance locating appropriate shelter from the cold.
