We want to make residents aware of an important water service notice affecting part of the area. Please read the information below carefully and share with neighbors who may not see this update.
Dear Customer,
This is an urgent notification from Pennsylvania American Water. A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for your service area as of February 7th at 4:00 AM due to a water main break. You are located within the affected area. This advisory will remain in effect until further notice.
Please follow these precautions:
Any water used for drinking or cooking should be brought to a rolling boil for at least 1 minute
Water is OK for bathing, washing, and other common uses
An update on the status of the advisory will be provided within 48 hours
If you are a landlord and the water service is in your name, please notify your tenants so they are aware of the advisory.
