Extreme Cold Warning issued February 6 at 1:34AM EST until February 8 at 11:00AM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
as low as 28 below expected. For the Wind Advisory, northwest
winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 5 AM Saturday to 11 AM
EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 6 AM Saturday to midnight
EST Saturday Night.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
