2026 marks the 100th anniversary of Lawrence Park Township’s incorporation. Originally founded in 1926 as one of the nation’s early Garden City communities, Lawrence Park was thoughtfully designed around green space, strong neighborhoods, and community life—values that still define the Township today.
Throughout 2026, residents can expect centennial events and activities including community festivals, historical programs, family-friendly events, and opportunities to recognize the people and organizations that have shaped Lawrence Park over the past century. Additional events will be announced throughout the year.
Residents, businesses, and community groups are encouraged to get involved through volunteering, sponsorships, or special events. More details and updates can be found at www.lp100years.com
