Description
This is a message from Galveston County Office of Emergency Management. A cold weather advisory exists for Saturday January 31st for Galveston County. Very cold wind chills as low as 12 expected. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat and gloves.
