Due to the forecast from the National Weather Service in State College that is calling for extreme cold temperatures for this weekend, the organizing team for the Winter Fling has made the decision to cancel the Friday event on the Square. The safety of our residents, visitors, volunteers, and vendors is our top priority.
The event on Saturday at Nye Elementary from 10:00AM to 1:00PM is still on! Come out and join in on the fun. All activities will be indoors. We will still have the Book Mobile there as well.
If you are looking for something to do in town on Friday, please remember that many of the shops and restaurants will be open. Stop in, warm up, and enjoy a great meal or some fun shopping on the square!
