The Allegheny County Department of Public Works, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
(PennDOT), and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) invite you to attend a public meeting to
learn and provide input about an upcoming Talbot Avenue ramp replacement project in Rankin. The
meeting will take place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Carnegie One Braddock
Library located at 419 Library Street, Braddock, PA 15104.
Meeting will be held despite the snow.
